Tourism Development - Prince Edward Island Culinary
Dunne assisted key partners in developing a business case for the development of a culinary tourism sector in Prince Edward Island. The scope of work included a detailed situation analysis of the culinary tourism sector both on- and off-island; facilitating opportunity discussions among various stakeholder groups; developing a sector organizational and activity management model; and assisting in early stage start-up activities. Plans have been implemented and a provincial culinary tourism initiative is now in place.
