Dunne assisted stakeholders with strategic planning, including option analysis, to expand meetings and convention capacity in Charlottetown. Findings served as the basis for key stakeholder discussions which led to development agreements and a development plan for the new waterfront convention centre in Charlottetown. Dunne also coordinated a research project to identify trends and best practices in convention centre infrastructure and fit-up.
